Cookie Policy
Cookies and similar technologies help websites work, remember choices and understand how people use them.
We keep ours proportionate.
What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of information stored on your device when you use a website.
Similar technologies, including tracking pixels, can perform related functions.
The types we use
Strictly necessary
These are needed for things such as website security, basic functionality, bookings, payments and remembering privacy choices.
They do not require your consent where they are genuinely necessary to provide the service you have requested.
Analytics and performance
With your permission, we may use analytics to understand things such as which pages people use, where visits come from and how the site performs.
We use this to understand what is useful and improve the customer journey.
Advertising and measurement
If we run paid advertising, we may use technologies such as the Meta Pixel to understand whether advertising leads to useful website activity or bookings.
These technologies are not activated until you give the required consent.
Your choice
When you first visit the site you can:
Accept all
Decline all
Manage cookies
Declining non-essential cookies does not stop you using the core website or booking services.
You can change your preference later using Manage cookies.
Current ICO guidance requires consent before non-essential technologies are set and says refusing consent should be as easy as accepting it. ICO
Services we use
Our website and booking system are provided through Squarespace and Acuity.
Payments are processed through Stripe.
We may use Squarespace analytics and, where paid Meta advertising is active, Meta measurement technology.
We do not plan to add additional tracking such as Google Analytics simply because it is available. We will only add another technology where it gives us information we genuinely need.
Changes
We will review this page when we change the technologies used on the site.
