Masterclass

Learn about it

£15 per person
One hour
Virtual

A Masterclass is for when you recognise a problem and want to understand it better before deciding what to do.

We take one recognisable business problem and unpack what might actually be causing it.

You will hear different explanations, the questions worth asking, and the kinds of evidence that can help separate one cause from another.

This is general teaching rather than advice about your individual business.

Desk with Open notebook, pen, laptop displaying a nature landscape, green mug, potted plant, and decorative items, all with matching nature-themed decor and artwork.

A Masterclass could be right for you if:

You keep seeing the same problem and want to understand what might sit underneath it.

You are not ready for private work but want something useful and practical.

You want to learn what to look for before spending money on a presumed solution.

What you leave with

A clearer understanding of the problem.

A better sense of what evidence matters.

Useful questions you can take back into your own organisation.

Good to know

You do not need to prepare anything.

There is no individual business diagnosis.

You can attend a Masterclass without ever buying anything else.

Why spend £15 on this?

Because an hour of focused thinking around one recognisable problem can be more useful than an evening jumping between generic articles, videos and opinions.

We do the sorting for you.

We show you the plausible causes, the assumptions worth questioning and the evidence that can help you tell them apart.

You are paying for clarity and structure, about the problem you are suspecting, not a generic webinar.

A Clinic could be right for you if:

You want more than a one hour introduction.

You would find it useful to hear how other organisations are experiencing the same kind of problem.

You want space to think through your own situation without moving into formal diagnosis.

What you leave with

A clearer way to think about the problem.

Questions worth asking inside your own organisation.

A better sense of where you may need to look next.

Good to know

Clinics may be virtual or run in local venues.

Your own context can be discussed, but we are not formally diagnosing your organisation.

There is no expectation that you move on to private work afterwards.

Clinic

Explore it

£35 per person
2.5 hours
Shared session

A Clinic gives you more time to explore a common problem with other people facing something similar.

We take one recognisable issue and work through the different reasons it might be happening.

You can reflect on your own organisation and ask questions, but we do not investigate one individual business during the session. That distinction is deliberate.

A table with a map, sticky notes, coffee mugs, notebooks, and a pen, set in a room with green decor and wall art.

Why spend £35 on this?

Because some problems become easier to understand when you can properly explore them rather than just hear about them.

A Clinic gives you time, structure and guided thinking around one shared problem, with the added value of hearing what others are noticing too.

You are paying for supported exploration, not simply access to information.

Private Lab

Work on it

£345 per organisation
Three hours
Up to ten people from one organisation

A Private Lab is the first option where we work properly inside your own organisation.

You bring one defined problem.

We work through what you are seeing, challenge the assumptions around it, explore what might sit underneath it, and help you leave with clearer options and sensible next moves on where to dig next.

It is private and specific to you, but it is still not a formal diagnosis. Formal diagnosis begins with the Quick MOT.

A workspace with a notebook, sketchbook, color swatches, and color samples in shades of green, a green mug, a pen, a framed abstract art print, and a potted plant on a sunny desk.

A Private Lab could be right for you if:

You have one problem that keeps coming up.

Different people inside the organisation have different views about what is causing it.

You want structured outside thinking without commissioning a full diagnostic.

You need clarity before making a bigger decision.

What you leave with

A clearer picture of the problem.

Assumptions that have been challenged rather than accepted.

Possible explanations worth testing.

Sensible next moves.

Good to know

The session is for one business only.

You can bring up to ten people.

It is designed to be useful as a complete piece of work, not as a compulsory step towards an MOT.

Why spend £345 on this?

Because when you are too close to a problem, it can be hard to see it clearly.

You might have one niggle saying it is marketing, another saying it is price, and something else saying customers have just changed.

A Private Lab gives you three hours focused only on your business and the problem you bring.

We question the obvious answer, look at what else might be going on, and help you work out what is worth paying attention to.

You are paying for clearer thinking before you make the next move.

And because we do not sell the fix afterwards, we have no reason to steer you towards a particular answer.

A Quick MOT could be right for you if:

  • The problem keeps happening or are planning to invest some money into a fix.

  • It has a real consequence for the organisation.

  • You have enough evidence for us to investigate properly.

  • You need more than ideas or discussion.

  • You want a supported finding before deciding what to change.

What you receive

A focused written report covering:

  1. What we investigated

  2. The evidence considered

  3. What we found & any limitations

  4. What matters most & Recommended next moves

The final report is issued within five working days of the end of the diagnostic window.

Good to know

This is a defined diagnostic, not an open ended consultancy project.

We do not need the answer to become more work for us.

If the evidence does not support the explanation you expected, we will help you understand why.

Quick MOT

Investigate it

£565
One focused diagnostic

The Quick MOT is where formal diagnosis begins.

It investigates one specific part of Customers or People, within Attract, Engage or Retain.

We start from the outside where relevant, then look inside at the evidence that can actually explain what is happening.

That may include communications, systems, processes, analytics, touchpoints and what people actually experience.

We compare the evidence, test alternative explanations, and tell you what it supports.

A magnifying glass is resting on a topographic map with green contour lines, highlighting the terrain features.

Why spend £565 on this?

Because sometimes your gut is probably right. But before you spend thousands acting on it, it is worth knowing.

A Quick MOT properly investigates one part of the problem.

We look at what customers or people are actually experiencing, compare that with what is happening inside your organisation, and test whether the obvious explanation really stacks up.

Sometimes we confirm what you suspected. Sometimes we find something else. Sometimes we find that the evidence is not strong enough yet to justify a big decision.

You are paying to check your gut before you commit serious money, time or worry to the wrong fix.

Full MOT

See the whole picture

£995
One broader diagnostic

The Full MOT investigates one whole side of the organisation:

Customers

or

People

across Attract, Engage and Retain.

It uses the same outside to inside method as the Quick MOT, but across a broader evidence base.

That lets us look at how problems connect between stages rather than treating each symptom in isolation.

A tabletop display with a circular, layered green and white model featuring icons representing growth, team, settings, idea, navigation, speech bubble, and leaf, surrounded by plants and a notebook with a pen.

A Full MOT could be right for you if:

  • The problem does not seem to sit in one obvious place.

  • Several symptoms may be connected.

  • You are making a bigger money decision and need a broader evidence base.

  • You want to understand the whole Customer or People picture rather than one isolated issue.

What you receive

A broader written report covering:

  1. An executive summary

  2. The evidence base

  3. Connected findings

  4. Any limitations

  5. Priority areas

  6. Recommended next moves

Good to know

Full does not mean everything in the business. It means the whole picture of either Customers or People within the defined scope.

You do not need to complete a Quick MOT first.

Why spend £895 on this?

Because bigger problems are rarely neat.

You might think you need a new website. You might think you need more advertising. You might think you need to change your recruitment. You might think people are leaving because of pay.

You could be right.

But if the wrong thing gets blamed, the fix can cost far more than the investigation.

A Full MOT looks across the whole Customers or People picture to work out where the problem really starts, what else it affects, and what the evidence actually supports.

You are paying to make a bigger decision with more confidence before spending thousands in time and cash trying to fix something that might not be the real problem.
