Join The Outside Look

Stay close to the thinking that helps you see more clearly.

Choose the Review for independent evidence and analysis. Choose Membership for the Review plus shared learning, practical sessions and a place in the wider TOL environment.

Choose how you engage

Two useful ways to stay close to The Outside Look.

The Review is a paid editorial publication for people who want evidence led analysis and useful interpretation. Membership includes the Review, then adds regular shared learning, space to think with others and practical value across the wider TOL offer.

Neither subscription is a route into consultancy.
Both need to be worth joining in their own right.

Read the analysis. Or build a more active place for it in how you learn, reflect and make decisions.

A simple way to decide

Start with the relationship you actually want.

There is no need to buy Membership because you think it is the route to private work, and no need to buy private work because you joined the Review. Each part of TOL should stand on its own.

01
Choose The Review You want credible evidence, fresh interpretation and a growing library of thoughtful editorial analysis.
02
Choose Membership You want the Review plus regular opportunities to learn with others and think through live questions together.
03
Choose private work separately Book a Private Lab, Quick MOT or Full MOT when a bounded private piece of work is the right next move.
What Membership adds

More ways to think things through.

Membership is built to be useful from the start, with an offer that is practical enough to use now and space for the member environment to develop deliberately over time.

01

Shared learning

One included Masterclass seat and one included Clinic seat in every calendar month.

02

Member room

A private community for useful conversation, prompts, questions and shared experience.

03

Deeper work

Four member deep dives each year, plus a 12% member price on private TOL work.

Before you join

A few useful answers.

The boundaries are part of what keeps the subscriptions clear and genuinely useful.

Can I buy a Masterclass or Clinic without Membership?

Yes. Public sessions remain independently purchasable whenever they are available.

Does Membership include one to one advice?

No. Membership is not a consultancy retainer or a route to bespoke diagnosis. Private work remains separately scoped and priced.

Do included session seats roll over?

No. Each calendar month includes one Masterclass and one Clinic seat. They have no cash value and do not accumulate.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Both subscriptions are billed monthly and can be managed or cancelled online. Access continues for the paid billing period.

Find what matters. Know your next move.

Choose the relationship that best supports how you want to use The Outside Look.

Read deeper with the Review, join the wider learning environment through Membership, or book private work when a focused investigation is what the organisation needs.
